The only thing you must do is download this CsDemoConverter, and you are ready to start Convert all the old demos to the new 48 format. (Works for POV and HLTV)
This may sound pretty hard, but really it is pretty simple thing.
Open the CsDemoConverter
Convert settings:
Choose demo from the list and cross it Protocol version for the new steam versio is 48
Now you have the right settings in the CsDemoConverter and now how to get the demos Converted.
Press CONVERT from the tool, and after that you must search the demo from your computer and select it. After that the demo is converted to the new versio and it works again with steam.
